Cambodian Delegation Visits Hebei Yongshang Cable Group and Signs Cooperation Agreement

Recently, a high-level delegation led by the Chairman of CBC (Cambodia) and commercial expert advisors paid a special visit to Hebei Yongshang Cable Group Co., Ltd. for on-site inspection and officially signed a cooperation agreement. This cross-border engagement not only highlights the strong willingness of Chinese and Cambodian enterprises to deepen collaboration but also sets another practical example of Ningjin County – known as “China’s Wire and Cable Hometown” – integrating into the Belt and Road Initiative.

During the visit, the delegation toured Yongshang’s advanced production workshops and R&D center, observing the entire cable manufacturing process – from raw material selection and precision testing to finished product inspection. The visitors highly appreciated the company’s rigorous quality control system and independent innovation capabilities across its diverse product range, including traditional Power Cables, Building Wires and Cables, New Energy Cables, and Specialty and Industrial Cables. In subsequent technical exchange sessions, both sides held in-depth discussions on product adaptability, overseas service support, and industrial chain coordination. Special attention was given to the application scenarios of cable and wire products in infrastructure projects, with detailed technical dialogue laying a solid foundation for future cooperation.

As one of more than 2,300 wire and cable enterprises in Ningjin County, Yongshang’s successful signing is no coincidence. Under the Belt and Road framework, China-Cambodia pragmatic cooperation has yielded fruitful results. Cambodia’s stable investment environment and surging construction demand naturally complement the technological advantages of Ningjin’s cable industry. This successful signing between Hebei Yongshang Cable Group and the Cambodian delegation not only opens a new pathway for Yongshang into the Southeast Asian market but also further integrates Ningjin’s cable industrial cluster into the global supply chain.
